DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

One major purpose of the App is to allow parents/guardians to keep track of their children during a trip and to view trip routes. We will release trip location data and participant/parent information to other users for that purpose. We may also provide trip data to the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and other reputable institutional partners for the limited purposes of researching and improving technology applications to encourage walk-to-school initiatives and similar purposes.

Please be advised that the City of Milton is subject to Georgia’s Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq.), and some information collected by the App is considered a public record and could be subject to disclosure to third parties upon request.

Except as discussed above, we will not distribute your personal information to unrelated third parties unless we have your permission, are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe that disclosure could prevent death, serious physical injury, or serious property damage. However, we may send your personal information to our third-party vendors for the limited purposes of enabling the App to function, such as remote server hosts, who are required to preserve the confidentiality of this information.

YOUR CONSENT

By using the App, you consent to our privacy policy.
